For a yearly conference by the American Society of Civil Engineers, which in 2017 is themed as "Congress on Technical Advancement" - and brings together leaders from the Aerospace Division, the Committee on Adaptation to a Changing Climate, the Cold Regions Engineering Division, the Construction Institute, the Energy Division, the Forensic Engineering Division, and the Infrastructure Resilience Division - RB Systems has prepared a white paper which was approved for inclusion in the conference proceedings and presentations in Duluth, MN, on September 10-13, 2017.
